Every name slip we make is printed specifically for your child — with their photo, name, class, school, and QR profile. The moment you place an order, we begin production. No two orders are ever the same.
Because of this, we do not accept returns. A slip made for Eshan, Class 3-B, St. Joseph's School has no use to anyone else in the world — there is nothing to return. This is the nature of personalised products everywhere, and we want to be upfront about it.

Please Double-Check Everything Before You Pay
Once payment is made, production begins. We cannot stop, change, or cancel an order mid-way. Take a moment to verify your child's name spelling, class, school name, and the uploaded photo before hitting "Pay Now."

Is the class and school name correct?

Is the photo clear, well-lit, and centred on the child's face?

Is the delivery address and PIN code accurate?
When We Step In — Our Mistakes, Our Responsibility
We take full responsibility for errors on our end. If we printed it wrong, packed it wrong, or your parcel never arrived — we will make it right, no questions asked.

* A "reprint" means we reproduce the exact same order at no charge and reship it to you.
How to Report an Issue
Email us within 48 hours of delivery
Write to support@dremolabs.com with your Order ID. Issues reported after 48 hours of confirmed delivery cannot be processed.
Send clear photos of the problem
Attach photos of the defect, damage, or wrong print alongside the parcel. This helps us act immediately.
We respond within 1 business day
We will review, confirm the issue, and either initiate a reprint or a refund — whichever applies.
